I will need to research this fellow more thoroughly, but at a glance this is consistent with things I have heard from a variety of sources. Freedom of religion in our armed forces is fundamental to all of the other freedoms in America, and certainly affects the rest of the world in various ways. It can't hurt to pray for this guy and his struggle, whatever your faith may be. Or maybe more than pray.
